EXPERIENCE

Siemens AG v ROSTEC

Acting for a subsidiary of ROSTEC in a number of disputes brought by Siemens AG regarding the alleged supply of gas turbines to Crimea in violation of a supply contract.

Advising a subsidiary of ROSCOSMOS in relation to the negotiations and claim settlement and potential arbitration pursuant to the rules and procedures of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).

Agrobusiness v Sucres & Denrées

Successfully representing Agrobusiness Group in respect of parallel litigations against Sucres & Denrées (France) in the Commercial (Arbitrazh) court of Lipetsk region (damage and corporate disputes) and Savelovskiy district court of Moscow city (enforcement of pledge).
